It's CONNECTION.
Yes, you should absolutely prioritize your nutrition and movement right now for the neurological benefits. In a time where stress, fear, and anxiety are higher than normal, what we consume and how we move can help with stress management, mood stability, and overall sense of well being.
BUT... connection is really the most important thing above all else. My team and I are built for this. Our entire coaching model is based on a personalized approach. Understanding the individual. Connection. Self development. Mindset first. We had our team call today and decided to double down on what we believe in. Most importantly, you need support, guidance, connection, and the tools to thrive (not just survive) during this time.
We are going to continue to provide as many resources as possible. The free at-home workouts are cool, the free challenges are amazing, the education is great (especially with more down time so def take advantage!).
However, it's not enough. There's a lot of uncertainty right now and I want to make sure you have absolutely everything you need to keep your fitness progressing. This 6 week program is great using our mobile app as a substitute while the gyms are closed. We wanted to make it free, but decided on a one time, $1 charge. Free is typically not valued and the $1 charge will help with our monthly application fee, especially with so many using our app.
I am sure everyone knows the importance of exercise on increasing immunity and relieving stress. As our gyms our closed, and the many with out free weight accessibility at home, we created the 6 week "HIIT IT AT HOME" Training Program. I programed 3 full body sessions a week for the next 6 weeks. They are challenging, do not complete any exercise resulting in pain.
Through all the panic and anxiety, we want to be the calming voice that leads our community through this mess. I'm not just talking about nutrition and training. I'm talking real life. How to use this time to better yourself. What you can learn through this experience. How to improve your mindset. You can feel secure and confident that you'll come out the other side in a better place.
